How do Actions work?

Actions are guest requests that require direct human intervention. These are situations where the virtual assistant cannot handle the task alone, and a property manager or staff member needs to step in.

Examples of Actions include:

  • A guest asking for more towels.
  • A request for maintenance or repairs.
  • Any service that involves delivering items or performing physical tasks.

Since Actions require real-time attention, they are automatically forwarded to the appropriate team members for a prompt response. Unlike Questions, which the system can learn, Actions will always need human interaction.–
