In this tutorial, we’ll walk you through how to create a new user in Liliho, so your team members can log in and start working with the assistant.

Step 1: Go to the User Settings #
- From the main menu, go to Settings

Click on the tab called Users

Click the button Add User

Step 2: Fill in the required information #
A pop-up form will appear where you’ll need to enter:

*The email is mandatory because it’s used to send the password reset link.
**What phone number format should I use? Make sure you enter the phone number without spaces, symbols, or prefixes like + or 00.

Once all fields are correctly filled in, click Save. The system may take a few seconds, that’s normal.

Step 3: Confirm user creation and check your inbox #
Once the user is successfully created, you’ll see a confirmation pop-up.
The new user will receive an email with a link to reset their password.
To finish activating the account:
- Log out of Liliho (if you’re logged in)
- Click the reset link from the email
- On the login screen, click Forgot Password
- Enter your email and click Reset Password
- Check your inbox for a new email with a password setup link
- Click the link, enter your new password twice, and click Confirm

After that, the user will be able to log in with their new credentials.
